1. Coordination of work among all participants in the educational process provided by the program:

          - Developing and reviewing the policies and mechanisms of work in the program.

          - Annual evaluation of all program activities.

- Develop a plan for promotion and development in cooperation with the program administration.

2. Internal Audit:

• Continuous review of course specs.
• Review the exam map.
• Review the examination paper analysis.
• Internal audit of control work.
• Review the examination paper (form and content).

3. Develop a system for evaluating and analyzing the performance of the various activities.
4. Work on continuing awareness and training in ensuring quality and qualifying for re-accreditation.
