Return to Campus October 2021

Dear Students

• We are delighted to welcome you to MMPME Family and excited by the return of our vibrant campus life.
• MMPME is glad to have students, faculty, and staff back on campus. We are following the guidance of Supreme Council of Universities who support a full return to on campus teaching, learning and other activities, supported by measures to keep everyone safe.
• Safety is our priority. Vaccines are the most effective way to reduce the risk of COVID-19 on campus. As such, we expect everyone will get vaccinated. It’s how we will get back to a normal campus life.

Safety measures include

• Do your part: Get vaccinated.
• Vaccination proof is required on campus to allow entry.
• Continue to wash and sanitize your hands.
• Mandatory masks indoors
• Educational spaces, public spaces and high-touch areas are cleaned daily and routinely.
• Improved ventilation to mitigate the spread of communicable diseases
• Before coming to campus, please assess yourself and stay home if sick.

Orientation for new students

• Timetable of the induction and orientation of semester 1.
• Day 1: 9/10/2021 Gathering in Handousa Lecture Hall.
• Day 2: 10/10/2021 Abu El Naga Theatre (Auditorium)

Construction Works

Students will experience some noise and other inconveniences as a result of the construction activity -that will continue for 2 months-. We apologize in advance for disturbances and are working with our contractors to minimize (to the extent possible) the impact to the learning process.
